Dan Shepard. Director of Operations. Dan is a lifelong resident of Northeastern Ohio and has over 25 years of real estate experience in property management. Along with extensive backgound in residential apartment management, Dan has expertise in the both commercial office and industrial property management. In addition to the property management, Dan has hands on experience with the construction, restoration and turn around of commercial and residential real estate projects.
Vincent Macauda. Director of Business Development. Vince is a real estate attorney and one of the few attorneys in the State of Ohio certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in residential real estate law. Vince is also a Master Commissioner for U.S. District Court foreclosure sales. Vince graduated from John Carroll University with a B.S. in Economics and from Cleveland Marshall College of Law with a J.D.
Barbara Birk. Director of Tenant Services. Barb earned the Property Management Specialist Designation (PMSD) from the Center for International Certification Programs, Inc. through Hondros College. Before getting her designation, Barb obtained her Salesperson License from the Ohio Division of Real Estate. She is an active real estate agent in the State of Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Sociology.
